Is a Community Interest Company with a unique therapeutic approach to dealing with the creative mental well-being of those who may need emotional scaffolding? This can be in the form of any emotional upheaval in one’s life. We aim to promote workshops that benefit those in need, with the use of all the differing arts and creativity, promoting self-awareness, confidence, self-esteem and changing the negatives into the positive, in a non-judgemental environment. We work on a one to one basis and also with groups. Team building is a major part of the sessions to enhance social development.
